Animal Success Stories

Second only to finding homes for our animals is the joy of hearing back from their new families.  We invite you to read along with us.  If you should decide to open up your heart and home to one of our angels, please send us a note and photo to tell us how it is going!  We will post it on this page so others can share in your happiness.

Ears the Happy Go Lucky Guy

Hi Barb & family. Sorry I have not communicated in a while, but Buddy & I have been busy going & coming
to Georgia & South Carolina.  This is the way he looks with his big boy hair cut.  I keep him groomed fairly
short as it is cooler for him & he looks more handsome this way.  I know I have told you guys this more than
once, but this Buddy of mine has made me a really happy person!  I love him & know he loves me!  He is my little
shadow.  He & I have our together time at least 2 times a day where he lays on my lap or next to me in my chair
while I watch TV.  He is so good & minds quite well.  He does though have those stubborn times where I tell him
no about something & he just looks at me.  He still likes to find things in my yard to eat, but I keep him in my
screened patio mostly.  He loves to lay on the pavers on my pool deck.  I usually rest in the afternoon a couple
days a week & I let him sleep with me on my bed. At night though he does have his own bed at the foot of mine.
He wants to always be near me so I of course I want that too. I have changed his dog food to a Senior brand as
he was having some trouble doing his #2 business.  I mix a little luke warm water in his food & also some green
beans. That has worked real well.  He is a frisky as ever & sure does not act his age, but that is one of the many
things I love about him.  Hopefully all of your Foster Seniors get loving forever homes like Buddy.  Again my
thanks to you guys for giving him such TLC while you had him & that will continue forever with me. I hope you
were able to view & enjoy the pictures.  As always, Sandy
