Hi Melanie, Pepper (her new name) is doing very well. She has quickly become a member of our family. She is enjoying walks and lots of attention. We are working with her to teach her to play as she doesn't know what to do with toys. But shes very smart. The only issue is our cat Tom, but i feel sure they will work it out. Pepper ignored tom at first, but tom was relentless in trying to show domination and Pepper has had enough of that. So when we leave we separate them for now. I will attach a picture of her. We are taking her to the vet Friday and are looking forward to hearing what he says. Thanks for your help. Betty

ZaZa the Sweet Little Red Terrier

She slept through the night on her bed which we positioned just outside the bedroom door. This morning Cindie took het out briefly when she got up for work @ 6am, then gave her a treat. When I got up @ 7am, I took het out for a walk around the neighborhood. We ran into a neighbor and his dog, and we walked together, and the dogs played. When we got back she had breakfast, and played with her toys, napped, went out again, now she's laying by my feet in the living room. We're deciding if we want to go to the dog park, or to the trails @ Turkey Creek park this afternoon.

I'm sorry for the late reply but both of our dogs are doing wonderfully! Kilah was detached at first but warmed up quickly. I think having Tanner helped! They get along extremely well and love playing together. I'm happy that they both have someone to stay home with all day! Now Kilah enjoys prancing around and teasing Tanner. She loves attention and we love giving it to her! She is the perfect edition to our family! We want to thank you all for everything you have done for us! We have two amazing children because of you!
