Animal Success Stories

Second only to finding homes for our animals is the joy of hearing back from their new families.  We invite you to read along with us.  If you should decide to open up your heart and home to one of our angels, please send us a note and photo to tell us how it is going!  We will post it on this page so others can share in your happiness.

Toby

Toby & Bo all snuggled up

Titus
Titus

This is Titus we adopted him 4 years ago. He had lots of anxiety issues, but with patience and lots of love he has come along way. He will never ever have to worry about being given up on again. :)

Trigger

Hi! We just wanted to give an update on Trigger, who we adopted in June 2015. He is now 12 yrs old & doing great. He has such a personality with the border collie/lab in him. He is such a blessing to have in our family. We also adopted Bert at the same time (a schnauzer) but he past away in Dec 2017 due to his health problems but he was a fighter til the end, sweet boy. Pictured here is Trigger on the left & his new brother Brucie (9 yr lab mix) who we adopted Oct 2019 from Orange County. They are two peas in a pod, loving life. We love them so much, thank you for all you do as an organization in our community. Much appreciation,

Trance kna Archie the curious boy

My first PRBJ adoption is Archie
He’s is a super goofy boy and the absolute best foster brother ever to the many foster dogs who enter our home. As our pack leader he has an incredible ability to know exactly what a new foster dog needs. Whether that be a play buddy, a cuddly buddy, or if they need to be left alone for while. He’s also very intuitive of what his humans need. When we are sad and could use a kiss he is there with a big slobbery smooch to make us laugh. He’s just incredible. There’s no other way to describe him. We are so thankful everyday to have him in our family!

Turbo

Turbo settled right on in at his new home!
