...Grieve not, nor speak of me with tears, but laugh and talk of me as if I were beside you... I loved you so - 'twas heaven here with you. -Isla Paschal Richardson

Selena
We adopted Selena from you about seven years ago. Her webpage was named "Selena starved for love". With a sad heart I have to tell you that we had to put her down Friday. She suffered from bone cancer. But I wanted to let you know how happy she made us and what a great baby she was. I can't use the word dog because she wasn't a dog she was my baby. And please know that she lived a happy life with us and her "sister" Molly. Her foster Mom was Hope M and she taught her well. Selena loved everyone and everyone that met her loved her. She never stopped wagging her tail even up to the end. I want to thank Judy, Hope and everyone that took care of her to give her a chance to live with a loving family that loved her so much. She was never starved for love again.
Lucy
I adopted a dog from you back in 2003. Her name was Lucy and she was a therapy/rescue animal. She was a cattle dog mixed with heeler, I was told...more importantly, she was the crown of my life.
She has passed recently and there's a void in me.
I know I'll never get another Lucy, but I'm seeking a dog with a similar disposition. She didn't bite or growl when young kids rough housed with her. She was obedient and loved everybody.
Chester
Chester came to us without any kneecaps and unable to bend his rear legs. Judy pursued every avenue trying to find a solution for the sweet boy who she loved so much. Sadly it was not to be and Chester will forever be a puppy at the Rainbow Bridge.
Wilma the Bouncy Jack Russell
Wilma was adopted from PRBJ in 2012. Sadly, she went to the Rainbow Bridge this past week.
Murphy
Hi Judy,
Spotty (known as Murphy by us)
will be crossing the rainbow bridge.
We have a total of 4 dogs in the house and until about a year ago, he’s always been the rock of the family. We never had an issue with him, never had an accident in the house and has always been the social greeter. He loves everyone including kids and other dogs (well except for a Doberman who had it coming to him). He was always the first to greet people at the door and make friends and make people feel welcomed. He will severely be missed.
