I want to say that everyone at the facility was absolutely wonderful to me, they were quite busy today and yet they were all so friendly and patient.. I would definitely recommend that anyone looking to adopt contact you guys first :)
I went to look at Layla today as planned and it turned out that they wanted her to be fostered for a few days before adoption. She was very sweet, didn't take to me very much, but she did love the girl that was there to foster her so I am sure she is in great hands!
They let me look at the other dogs that were available, I walked quite a few and then they took me to the back to take a look around. That is when I saw Walker ... So sweet and gentle I just fell in love.
The true test was going to be the cat test, which he passed with flying colors :) he has met my granddaughter who is nine years old and was very gentle with her. I scheduled an appointment with the vet
on Wednesday
so he can get a check up and get him established.
We are definitely a great match, thank you so much!!
