Animal Success Stories

Second only to finding homes for our animals is the joy of hearing back from their new families.  We invite you to read along with us.  If you should decide to open up your heart and home to one of our angels, please send us a note and photo to tell us how it is going!  We will post it on this page so others can share in your happiness.

Please visit our Success Stories page to read all of our stories!
Ka Chung the Maltese
Ka Chung the Maltese

Ka Chung is doing great! I've decided to rename him Bo, and surprisingly enough he's responding well to that change. The first couple days he was a little lethargic (overwhelmed) but he's really picked up energy and spirits! Bo's an incredibly sweet and loving little dog. He loves to be on the couch with me but follows me around everywhere too. He's obsessed with apples as Cheryl (his foster) pointed out, and has really grown a big appetite! We only have one more day of the antibiotics left and he's doing a lot better with hard food pieces than I thought, (don't think his mouth is bothering him.) He sleeps with me every night, and he snores! lol. We've got a long way to go with the leash training and house breaking but he's getting better every day!
