Rad was returned to Pet Rescue by Judy due to him having anxiety with crates/kennels. A good home for him would be someone who is basically home most of the day. He does not like being alone. He is housetrained, likes other dogs and cats, and is fine with children. He is good with bathtime, loves to play and might appear somewhat shy at first. They also told us he loves water and walks. Another pet is recommended, dog or cat. Basically, we were informed that he is a great dog but due to his anxiety they could not keep him. He also went to visit the elderly at assisted living facilities.
Foster Update:
Rad is such a sweet boy! We dont understand how no one has adopted him yet. He's adjusting well and is warming up. Rad is a quick learner and very well mannered. He's great with the cats and kids. We took him on a car ride, walks, jogs and to Petsmart. He's a bit more relaxed at home than out and about. There was some thunder and lightning last night and he got a little nervous, so he went and snuggled the kids. We're working on his separation anxiety by leaving him home alone for short periods and he seemed to do well when we left for the grocery. Stay tuned!
Jad was pulled from a high kill shelter.
He is a sweet playful puppy that will grow into a great and fun dog with a loving family to teach him. He will give you back 10 times the amount of love you give him.
