A friend of one of our great foster moms found Dax and his sister Roxanne outside her apartment, and began feeding them. He is a wonderful little man.

Foster Update 10/23/12 - Dax is a very loving young man who enjoys riding in his Foster grandmother's walker. He is a "legman" as he gets your attention by rubbing his body against your leg, to say pick me up please!! He is very intelligent and cocks his head to the side when he is contemplating new things. He eats from your hand by taking it with his paws. He loves his sister Roxanne and would love to be adopted with her but it is not a requirement. They have their language when they call to each other.

Foster update 6/17/12: Dax is a Snowshoe Siamese male. Since he has beautiful blue eyes, I named him Dax. This is an English name that means water. He is 2-3 mths old. He is shy towards his rescuer because he getting used to people, however he is getting better everyday. He is starting to like being held and petted. He recently starting to purr. He loves to play with his sister, Roxanne.

I recently had the chance to visit Dax’s foster home and to see this handsome little baby for myself.  His eyes are the brightest blue!!  He’s a gentle little man with a curiosity and playfulness that matches his elegant appearance.  If you love the Siamese, you should consider Dax.  Bella, his foster mom’s dog, thinks of himself as part cat, with all of the playmates he has that are feline.  He and Dax share play space and companionship, so Dax will feel very comfortable in a home with a dog in residence.  There’s a peacefulness to Dax as well.  What a wonderful kitten.
