Description:

Foster Update 9/13/12: Pippa is growing up to be such a beautiful and sweet girl. Her fur is thick glossy velvet. She still loves to nap on your lap and sleep on the bed with you at night but she is extremely well behaved. She has started to sit beside me and quietly meow to you wanting attention. If I am busy at the computer and don't acknowledge her, she gets up on her hind legs and reaches up, very gently stretching her front paw and taps me lightly on the arm, meowing softly. It is so adorable that I have to stop working and pick her up for a cuddle.

Pippa loves carbs! When we first fostered her she was very focused on her human's food but has since settled down and eats her cat food (dried & canned) with nightly treats of turkey or ham. However, she just can't kick the carbs! She loves buttered toast and waits at breakfast for her slice and goes wild over pasta! She is still very well behaved and sweet natured but if pasta is available she really must have some - she cries and hangs over your shoulder until she gets her pasta. In fact, Pippa just likes hanging over your shoulder full stop!

Pippa was found by a loving couple who would have loved to keep her, but could not because their cat is diabetic and gets stressed out with other cats around. They brought her to us to find her a new home, she is in a great foster home now and waiting for her furrever home to come along.  Will it be yours?

She is a well-mannered lap-kitty who loves to have her face rubbed.
