Foster Update 04/28/10: Do not let Toby's sad little face fool you, this is a happy sweet little puppy who loves a chew toy and likes to be loved on. He is so gentle with the other pups, and he is polite and waits his turn to be held. (He waits till the end because he knows it lasts the longest). He loves treats and is very smart. He can sit and give a paw already!
