Description:

  Feb 4 foster update:  Casino uses the doggy door to go outside and is very close to house-broken.  We nicknamed her "Sassy" because of her very confident attitude. She plays with our 70  pound dogs, but can entertain herself..  She likes lounging on the couch and looking out the windows.  She is brave,  smart and just over-the-top adorable.

Casino is one of the smaller puppies in the bunch and so cute. She is sweet, cheerful, and fairly quiet. She has the mini-Doodle face and the cutest curly tail. She is quite agile and loves to hop up on her back legs for treats. She is nearly 100% potty trained, and actually knows and prefers to go outside for potty, but if she can't hold it (because she is still very young), she will use pee pads.
  Casino gives the softest kisses, enjoys being cradled, but also loves prancing in the yard. She has just discovered how awesome sticks are to play with! She does good with dry food, but prefers wet, enjoys snacks, and listens well. She really is the sweetest baby and gets along great with other dogs. She would do well in a home with other dogs or on her own :) 

  These sweet siblings, 3 males and 3 female pups made their way to PRBJ when their owner became overwhelmed caring for the pups. She had recently gotten a female Mini Golden Doodle and she did not think that the dog could get pregnant since she was just barely a year old. The owner believed it was her unaltered, male Shiba Inu that impregnanted her Doodle, but the pups' wirey black hair makes us think it may have been a neighborhood dog.....hence the importance of spaying and neutering you animals. We are happy to say both the adult dogs in the household are now spayed and neutered to avoid future unwanted litters.
 

New puppy parents must be dedicated to obedience, socialization and potty training to ensure the pup grows up to be a happy and well-adjusted dog. We highly recommend their new family attend puppy training classes. Training classes are the most successful when everyone in the family attends so you all learn about your new puppy.
