Description:

Pepper and her 9 babies came to PRBJ from a high kill shelter.  They made their long journey in hopes of a second chance.  Pepper is a little shy only because she is learning how to be loved.  She is sweet and is not really big on taking walks.  Again we are not sure what happended in her past but she is learning to be a dog and learning how to be loved.  She did a great job caring for her pups and is hoping for someone to now take care of her.
