Description:

Through no fault of her own, Kandi was surrendered to PRBJ by her owner.  She is a sweet girl that needs a little time to warm up.

As her prior owners used a crate and pee-pee pads for her to go potty, her new family will need to work on potty training her outside.  Her former home did not have a yard, nor did they take her out on walks, so she's not familiar with a leash.  A fenced yard would therefore be helpful.

Kandi will need an active owner who is home most of the day to help her with her journey in losing weight by going on lots of walks and playing, as well as helping her to progress in her potty training.

Kandi is used to being in a crate for sleeping and alone time. She is playful and enjoys her toys.

Kandi could live to be 12 to 15 years old, so please keep that in mind when considering your age and the pet's estimated lifespan.

Important !   No shared walls for this little one…..she is very vocal and has much to say!   So, no townhome or apartment type settings.

We were told she has also not been around other dogs but has been around kids and did well with them.
