Description:

4/15/ Staff update:  Looking for an easy-going, laid-back pet who is house-trained and is good for families in an apartment, condo, or single-family home....Pamela is your girl! She is good with other dogs, cats, and older/considerate kids...and she does not need a ton of activity. What more could you ask for? Apply to adopt or take this sweet girl out for dog4day and see how wonderful she is :)

Pamela and her 5 puppies came to Pet Rescue by Judy from a kill shelter. She and her puppies were in need of medical attention and PRBJ agreed to assist.

Pamela is a shy, but a very sweet girl! She needs help gaining confidence with happy praise and love. Since she is shy, she would be best in an adult-only home or with older/ considerate children.
Pamela is light heartworm positive; but, do not let this deter you from adopting this wonderful dog. We rescue many dogs with heartworm with no medical problems after treatment :)  PRBJ successfully practices the slow kill method for heartworm treatment.
