Laurance the loaf came to us as a stray. A very nice man and his son were finally able to catch him and brought him straight to us. He likes a bath and didn't mind having his nails trimmed. 

Laurance is a very alert and intelligent little guy with an adorable face and a waggy tail! He will snuggle, but does not like being picked up.  He likes to be petted and will nudge you to keep going! He loves covering himself in blankets and apparently needs his beauty sleep because he puts out the do not disturb sign when he is sleeping! 
He gets along with the dogs in his foster home, though he does not really interact with them. In his previous foster home, he was not a huge fan of the other dog, so we recommend he be separated from other dogs at meal time and feel he would only do well with older kids who can respect his space.  
  Napping and exploring the yard are favorite activities... toys do not interest him. Short walks are best as he does not do well in the heat.    He would love to have somebody who is home with him most of the time.
