Oak was found by one of our worker's sitting on the side of the road. The dog was taken to PRBJ asap.  We scanned the dog for a chip and there was none.   We followed all the proper protocol and notified SCAS about the dog.   As much pain as Oak was in due to his skin condition, this magnificent dog let us bathe him and give him medication. From what we see he is good with other dogs. He is a typical puppy.
