Due to an abusive family, Swiper found himself at PRBJ hoping that we could assist him in finding a loving family. 
He is a sweet and intelligent dog who just wants to hang out and enjoy life. He is great with people and with other dogs. Swiper is hoping to find a home an active home because he loves to go on walks and play with toys.
