Description:

Xolane was once a dog that was only used for breeding. Once her owners were not able to breed her anymore, they had no use for her:(
One of our wonderful volunteers found out about this sweet dog and immediately stepped in to give her a happy home. Due to some unforseen personal problems, she was unable to keep Xolane and brought her to us.
Xolane is a wonderful dog. She is very smart and she is already trained to walk right next to you. She is housetrained and seems to be good with dogs and children.
We just became aware that Xolane is heartworm positive and have started her on the slow kill method which has been proven to be very successful. If you are unfamiliar with HW disease or the slow-kill method, please feel free to call us or your vet for more information.
