Gaara was found as a stray and brought in by one of our wonderful volunteers. She is a bit shy at first, but she warms up to you with time. She loves to rub up on you. She was in a foster home with her buddy Neji. We would like Neji and Gaara to be adopted together. Neji can be seen on our website too. They love to play together and Neji makes Gaara come out of her shell a lot more. We always say 2 kittens is better than one. They will entertain each other when left alone. 

Gaara needs patience. Once she gets to know you, she is the sweetest cat who just wants attention and love. She has a very sweet and inquisitive personality. She loves to jump up and hang out on your shoulder. 

Neji and Gaara can be adopted separate, or together. Gaara comes out of her shell a lot more when Neji is with her. They both have amazing personalities. We hope that people will be able to look past the stereotype of "black cats" and give these wonderful babies a chance at a forever home instead of them growing up in a rescue.
