Pookie has one of those special, magnetic kitty personalities that draws all visitors right to her. She purrs and paces and gives the cute happy squinty kitty eyes. She's a sweet and special cat who will make a very loving companion and would do well with any kind of family.

Pookie is a cuddly cat with short legs. She makes up for her short statute with her big personality. She has a lot a character which makes her truly unique and lovable. She comes running when she hears her name and likes to play in the bath tub. She has an adorable mushy face and a sweet demeanor. She will do well in any type of home. She loves to have her chest rubbed and her chin scratched. When you stop, she hits you with her paw as if to say "keep going." What can I say, she's a love bug.

Pookie is a sweet and affectionate cat who loves to be around people. She loves to have her chin scratched and likes to sleep on the bed. She sores sometimes which is unbelievably cute. She knows her name and will come when called. Everyone that sees her says that she reminds them of a teddy bear.

Pookie is a very friendly and outgoing cat. She loves to be petted and purrs constantly. She's the first to greet someone when they walk through the door and shows her enthusiasm by rubbing her head against them. If your looking for a couch companion and a lap cat, Pookie is the cat for you. 
 
Pookie adjusts well to new surroundings and gets along well with other cats and dogs. She loves affection and is also good at keeping herself entertained. She spends her days playing hide and seek with the other cats and napping in the solarium while waiting for her forever home.
